Nicole Jordan

Nicole is on our Customer Support team here at Leadr.

Nicole grew up in Gary, Indiana, the hometown of the great late Michael Jackson, where her love for music and people drove her to pursue music ministry within the church world. She graduated with a music degree from Valparaiso University and from there went into ministry training in Sydney, Australia. Her journey of pioneering, building teams, and creating culture began when she joined a small team of people and planted a church in Orange County, CA, where she was Kids Pastor for 10 years.

One knows though that in a church plant (or a start up) you don’t just wear one hat. Nicole learned to wear many hats from worship pastor to audio & lighting engineer to cleaning bathrooms and everything in between. You name it, she’s probably done it, and she’ll probably tell you, “I’ll build a team for that!”

Why I'm Passionate About Leadr

At Leadr, we all have a story of a poor management experience that led to our passion for people development and desire to work at Leadr. We call these our Nigel stories.

Nigel is a fictitious character we’ve worked with or for in the past with unhealthy leadership tendencies. We all have those tendencies within ourselves, and they can emerge unintentionally, impacting those around us. 

We are all Nigels, or know a Nigel, and Nigel is why Leadr exists. Here’s Nicole’s Nigel story. What's yours?

Throughout her years, she’s seen the highs and lows of leadership and the life-changing effect it can have on people, which is why she was very quick to join the Leadr team! To help organizations realize that they can have a healthy work environment and a thriving culture while still developing and coaching their team is a dream come true!  “What about the music ministry thing?” you may ask. Don’t worry...it’s there. You can find her singing and dancing “the Carlton '' throughout the office.
